Family Discount Plan

We understand that fees and medical expenses add up for families. We also understand that often, even with insurance, coverage is very limited.

Through an organization called Chirohealth USA we are able to offer a family package that discounts care for families of all sizes. This only applies to parents and children who come together on the same visit.

Here is the discount schedule:

• 1st Adult - $45 (visit is all inclusive of all necessary adjustments, therapies, and X-rays necessary per visit)

• 2nd family member - $35 if adult or $20 if child (18 and under)

• 3rd family member onward - $10

• 4th family member - $10

• 5th family member, 6th family member, etc - $10

Example:

• A family of 2 parents and 2 children that come in for visits on the same day would cost $100 total for all adjustments, therapies, exams, and x-rays ($45 + $35 + $10 + $10)

• Family of 1 parent and 4 kids would cost a maximum of $95 for all necessary adjustments and services ($45 + $20 + $10 + $10 + $10)
