Department of Transportation Physicals

Walk-ins welcome!

We offer:

DOT physicals/CDL exams during our normal business hours. We are closed Tuesdays. We are open on the first and third Saturday of each month.

This exam is generally required at least every 2 years for anyone who holds a commercial drivers licence.

Walk-ins are welcome and we are generally able to get your exam finished within 30-60 minutes. We prioritize fast and efficient testing. If you can call before your appointment it does help us speed up the process.

Pricing: $100 per exam

This is a flat fee that includes your entire exam and the completion/submission of your testing to the department of transportation.

You will receive a copy of your Medical Examiner’s Certificate as soon as you pass the exam.

What should you bring to your DOT/CDL Physical Exam:

• Driver’s license

• Glasses

• Hearing aids (if you require them)

• You will have to provide a urine sample so be prepared

• Complete medication list with dosages

• If you have special medical exemptions or recent medical approvals you will need to bring these with you
